I worked out for the first time in months today…lol. Only have a few months to work on my summer body, haha!! Plus I had a very stressful day at work, and the best cure for that is a little gym time. I did squats and lunges, three set of each. Finished up with abs, 50 sit ups with a 25# weight on my chest, then 40 leg lifts. It’s not much but it’s better then nothing.
